Halloween Contest Banner AD

For my next project I had to make a banner ad for an event that is coming up in the school. I choose the halloween contest in the rally. i made the ad with my knowledge of the past project and I would have to say it was a easy project with knowledge of photoshop. I used Donald Trump as a scary figure because he is scary, I made the GIF with a motion stop feature in photoshop. The project was awesome for when I finished it.

Banner Ad

For my next project I had to make a advertisement but not any advertisement but a motion ad. WEBSITE thanks to that website they taught me how to put a motion frame by frame, and with my past knowledge of layers I was able to put the ad very easily . They also taught me that ad's can be a great future if you are good at it. in the end it was a fun project and hope to make an ad for a company or small store and hope to make some quick bucks.

Logo

For my 3rd project, we created a personalized logo using Adobe Photoshop.
The logo process involved the following steps:
-Create a new folder and layer
-Paint the layer any color you want
-Using text box and typing in your name
-Finally paint it however you want it to look like
 In conclusion, I think it was an easy and fun project to do, in the end I was able to accomplish it within a day.

Photoshop Portrait Project

For my second assignment we were asked to make a self portrait with the help of photoshop. Even though the project was composed of three steps, they were pretty hard to follow along as with the computer would have some minor mistakes. We encountered some flaws in the work but with great passion we figured out how to fix and learn from our mistakes. We started by taking a black and white selfie, and with that step we imported the image to photoshop and we place a paper over our image, with the help of photoshop we were able to add watercolor and paint on the portrait. And finally we had to import the image to our desktop and finally our blog, i would have to say this project helped me understand photoshop a bit better than i had before.

What is Contemporary Media

In my contemporary media class, our first assignment is to define contemporary media. 

New media most commonly refers to content available on-demand through the Internet, accessible on any digital device, usually containing interactive user feedback and creative participation. Common examples of new media include websites such as online newspapers, blogs, wikis, video games and social media. A defining characteristic of new media is dialogue. New Media transmit content through connection and conversation. It enables people around the world to share, comment on, and discuss a wide variety of topics. Unlike any of past technologies, New Media is grounded on an interactive community.

My views of contemporary media is a new form expression, anyone can express what they feel towards a political situation, social injustice, communicating, and sharing thing you like and hopefully find other people with the same interests as you. Contemporary Media is another window of opportunity for those who seek to find other forms of information besides what the news tells you, and hopefully get fully understand a situation by either your friends explaining it to you or family through means of the Media.The way I use contemporary media is through my phone, i try to look for new information, beef between famous people, or just to look at some dank memes.
